Leading soft drinks manufacturer, Britvic Soft Drinks, is introducing a totally new proposition into high energy bars designed to continuing to expand its offering within the channel, open up the brand to further usage occasions and attract new customers.
Rolling out to high energy, up-tempo bars nationwide across August and September, the activity, aptly called ‘J2O Late’, offers licensees a cocktail mixing solution with a consistent quality which will enhance out-of-home adult get-togethers.
Cocktail solutions from J2O
Each of the cocktails is quick and simple to make, containing one of the J2O flavours, a spirit and other standard ingredients. With catchy cocktail names (Late Night Spice, Late Night Passion, Late Night Sin) and a full staff training kit, including recipe cards, Britvic has made it easy to deliver more relevant and compelling uses of J2O, opening up new occasions for the brand.
J2O Late will boast a completely separate look and feel to the traditional J2O activity, but will capitalise on the strength of the brand recognition, staying true to the core brand positioning of being at the heart of adult get-togethers.
A perfect serve drives sales
In order to draw attention to the new offering, Britvic will launch a range of eye-catching branded POS for use in outlets. These include bar runners, table talkers, posters and a mood film as well as trays, pitchers and glasses to enhance the serve as Britvic knows that compelling serve and service leads to extra sales. In fact, more than half of consumers will buy another drink and more than a third will revisit the outlet if the first drink is served perfectly .
Pre-launch trials of J2O Late in 19 bars in the South received positive feedback from staff, customers and delivered an average sales uplift of 230% .
