We are committed to treating all of our employees fairly regardless of their race, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation and we are proud of the progress we have made on the diversity measure within our Great Place To Work survey which reflects this commitment.

We actively seek employees with a wide range of skills and attributes to help us achieve our business objectives and over the past year we have participated in the UK government's consultation on the gender pay gap. We have a 2020 diversity goal to have at least 40% female representation within senior management levels and across our workforce females make up 42% (excluding supply chain). We continue to investigate ways to improve our intake of females into engineering and field based roles to create more gender balance across the business.
