Customer Management

Our Customer Management Director heads up this section of the company, which is responsible for the strategic development and profitable growth of our business across a diverse number of sales channels.

This area covers 250,000 outlets that sell our brands and has responsibility for around 700 sales people at all levels of seniority, from new graduate to senior management.

Central Services

Our Finance Director manages the Central Services function which comprises Finance, IT, Company Secretariat, Risk Management, Legal & Estates, Investor Relations, Human Resources and Stategy.

International

Britvic operates outside of its core business units of UK, France and Ireland, through its two internationally focused companies. Britvic International is responsible for the export business to over 50 countries around the world. Britvic Worldwide Brands manages the group’s global franchise business in countries such as the USA and Australia.

Marketing

Our Marketing department consists of around 90 people in GB within six teams; Insight and Category Marketing, Pepsi Brands, Britvic Brands, Innovation, Marketing Activation and Corporate Affairs. In Ireland we have around 22 people across Brands, Insight and Category.

Supply Chain

Supply Chain is a crucial part of the business that is responsible for producing the company's demand forecast to enable the sourcing of raw materials and services, that in turn are used to manufacture high quality products which ultimately get delivered to our customers.
