Marketing

We strive to be a world class organisation based on world class brands. We operate in a highly competitive industry and manage our brands in a way that enables us to match our brand strategies and market tactics to consumer needs. The Marketing department is divided into Brand Marketing, Marketing, Innovation, Category Insight and Corporate Affairs; it is headed up by our Marketing Director.

Brand Marketing:

This area of Marketing aims to drive brand strategy ensuring that all our brands from Pepsi to Robinsons maximise their brand equity to consumers and value to our shareholders. This team is divided into three key areas: Robinsons, Carbonates and Adult & Water, each headed up by a Brand Director. Our strong focus on brands ensures we have greater accountability and elevated visibility across the business, and our clearly articulated category strategy drives brands strategy and the commercial operating plan.

Marketing:

This team enables our commercial plans to be put into action with the trade, ensuring that the departments work smoothly together. It manages events and co-ordinates the development of all Britvic's extensive product artwork.

Innovation:

This focused team predicts and interprets new trends and strives to always satisfy consumer needs. It looks at new ideas and technologies and sees how they can be used to deliver the next great Britvic product onto the shelves.

Category Insight:

This team is at the heart of the Marketing operation, understanding and determining our response to the changing needs of our customers and consumers. An invaluable function, it provides the information that the neighboring departments need to base their work on.

Corporate Affairs:

This team keeps communication channels open between employees and management while handling Britvic's external image. Increasingly it acts as a liaison with government bodies at home and in the EU over new policy developments and proposed legislation.
